My purchase was damaged in shipping. How do I proceed with a replacement?
We do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
Being that our products are one-off handcrafted items it is not possible to ship another as no two are the same.
However, in many cases, you can purchase a similar item off our website.
I live outside the USA. Can I purchase from you?
Yes, you can purchase from us.
All we require is the extra shipping cost to a country outside of the US. Fill in our contact form with your address & zip code plus the item you would like to purchase.
We will get back to you within 12 hours with the shipping cost. If the cost is agreeable, then purchase the item and send the shipping via our payment page.
You are responsible for all duty or customs tariffs in your country.
Can I return a defective product?
You may return a defective item within 30 days of purchase only after requesting an RMA (Return Authorization Number) via our contact form. Buyer must provide a valid tracking number, pay return shipping, and full insurance. We will refund your purchase price (less shipping) to your method of purchasing after receiving the defective goods.
